Unopened and Unused items purchased from us may be returned for a refund. Returns must be received by us within 14 days of your purchase.
We can only refund to your original payment source.
We don't have a return authorization process, please just email us.
Return Shipping Cost, Tracking, Insurance, Packaging Costs are all the buyers responsibility and are not refundable.
Items Returned to us past 14 days of shipment may be subject to a 20% or more restocking fee.
Opened items Returned to us may be subject to a 20% or more restocking fee.

If any items returned to us have been used, damaged or are missing parts, No refund will be issued. We do not accept any responsibility for return of these items to you unless you provide a return shipping label.

All our shipments have a tracking number, those are updated into your purchase record and emailed to you. PLEASE use the Tracking Number to Track Your Shipment and Delivery Status.
It is the buyers responsibility to verify their address is complete and accurate. We ship only to the address of record in your payment transaction.
Any package returned to us as identified by the US Post Office as Refused, Return To Sender or Un-deliverable As Addressed will be considered a cancelled sale and is subject to a 20% restocking fee from any refund.
If you want the item reshipped, you will have to update your payment account record and reorder the item.
If the delivery carrier indicates the product was delivered, that is the end of our responsibility.
If you did not receive it, your recourse is first to contact the Mail Carrier Immediately.
Your Mail Carrier had Your package in their hand at time they scanned it as delivered.
If theft has occurred, that is beyond our control. Upon presentation to us of documents (police report and USPS Mail Theft Report) we will determine if, as sellers, we can offer any assistance.
If you have concern about safe delivery at your address, please contact us prior to placing your order and we can consider safe options for delivery.
We will fully cooperate with investigations regarding fraud.
