Due to the requirements for Customs Documents we do not provide service to any address requiring USPS Forms including APO/FPO/DPO.
We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii as part of our Free Shipping Program.

What does On Hold Mean?
"On hold" means the item has recently sold. The item is removed from our active inventory but the Sold Out listing may still be found by many internet search engines or 3rd party referral sites.

Is My Payment Information Secure?
Belle and The Yank does not process your payment directly.
We never see your credit card vital information.
Payments are processed a Major Credit Card Processing Company. Please contact us if you have specific concerns.

What is your Privacy Policy?
Belle and The Yank does not intentionally collect or share any information with anyone.
Our only contact with you would be directly about an order you have placed.
We don't send you ANY unsolicited email.
We maintain security software on our own computers. These computers never leave our facility and are dedicated business computers. We don't use smartphones, tablets or laptops for business purposes.
Belle and The Yank is a Marketplace Seller on eCRATER.com.
eCrater and other 3rd Party websites where you may review, "Like" or link to Belle and The Yank will all have their own privacy policies beyond our control.

Do you accept payment other than Credit Cards?
We also accept paypal or money orders issued by the United States Postal Service for small amounts. No other money orders or checks of any kind are accepted.
Please contact us to arrange payment with anything other method than an approved credit /debit card so we can be certain to hold the item for you.

Do you provide Tracking Numbers for Shipments?
Yes, every item we ship, large or even the smallest, will have a tracking number. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you when your shipment is packaged.

Can I specify what shipping service I want to use?
We ship our items via USPS 1st Class Package when shipping weight is less than 16 oz.
Shipments weighing over 1 lb. will ship via USPS Priority Mail and are insured by USPS.
These are the the only services including in our Free Shipping offers.

Why are screws not included with replacement hardware items?
Unless an individual item includes screws in the listing photographs, fasteners are not included.
Due to the various uses of our products, it is not practical to provide screws as we have no way to know what would be a correct size and type of fasteners for the majority of our products.

You sell both New and Used Items, How can I tell the Difference?
While almost all products we sell are Brand New, we do offer a limited amount of functional used items that are noted as "Used" in the product listing condition.
We try to describe any flaws on used items especially when they impact the appearance of an item where appearance is a primary concern.
Some items we sell as New may sourced from Discontinued or Close Out Purchases we make. This type of item is referred to as New Old Stock. We call it New as it is a first sale to a consumer.
